Domaine Regismont, L' Entente Rouge 2021

Domaine Regismont is a fourth generation winery based in the village of Poilhès, near Carcasonne, in France's north Languedoc region. The current custodian is Bernard Paillet, who proudly farms fully organically and produces authentic, fruit-driven and downright-delicious Languedoc wines. L' Entente is a collaboration between Domaine Regismont and wine importer, Frederick's. Rouge 2021 is made from a blend of 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and is everything you want in a Languedoc red. Equal parts juicy, fruity and vibrant; it has bright notes of plum, black cherry, ripe raspberry and a little spiciness on the finish. The palate is medium-bodied with a nice bright acidity, making it a great pair with lamb.
